An online bookshop with far too many opinions

01How it started
It began as a stall at a book market, with about fifty titles and one table. The idea was simple: only sell books we've read and can defend to the person buying them.
Seven years on the shop lives entirely online and posts to every corner of the country, with around a thousand titles and the same rule. That's why our catalogue is smaller than the big chains', and why you can write and ask us what to read.
02Three languages on the site, many more on the shelves
This country reads in Macedonian, Albanian and English, often within the same family. So this site works in all three.
The books are a different matter. We don't translate anything ourselves: we sell each edition as it was printed, in the language it was printed in. Every title says which language that edition is, which language the book was written in, and whether we stock it in another language too.
That's why there is German, Turkish and Serbian on the shelves as well. If you want a specific edition in a specific language, the language filter sits above the catalogue.
03Ordering from someone else's shelf
If we don't have a book, we can usually get it within ten to fifteen days. Send us the title and publisher and we'll tell you whether it's possible and what it costs.
