All prices are in Macedonian denars and include tax. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm the order.

Stock moves both in the shop and online. If a book sells in the meantime we'll tell you and offer a swap, a wait, or a cancellation.

We try to keep everything accurate, but a wrong price or description is possible. If that happens we cancel the order and explain why, before charging anything.

The contract exists once we confirm your order by email. Until then an order is a request, not an obligation on us.

We may cancel an order if the contact details are obviously wrong, or if the courier can't reach you after two attempts.

Up until the parcel leaves us, an order can be changed or cancelled at no cost. Write to zdravo@stonebridge.mk and we'll confirm it in writing.

After delivery, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notify us clearly by email before the deadline and return the book within the following 14 days. This right is separate from your rights when goods are damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.

We answer for the book we sell you and for our own mistakes in getting it to you. We aren't liable for internet outages, banking systems or courier services outside our control.
