Privacy policy

The controller is Stonebridge DOOEL, registered in North Macedonia. For anything about your data: zdravo@stonebridge.mk.

For an order: first and last name, address, city, postcode, phone and email. That's the minimum for the courier to find you and for us to send a confirmation.

We store no card details. When card payment is switched on, those will pass directly through the bank.

To fulfil the order, issue an invoice as the law requires, and be able to help if something goes wrong with the delivery.

Invoices are kept as long as tax rules require. Everything else is deleted once we no longer need it.

The courier receives the details needed to deliver, and our accountant receives invoice details. Our hosting, database and email providers process data to run the shop and send order messages.

Sentry receives technical error information so we can diagnose failures. Request bodies, credentials, customer identity and session replay are excluded from those reports. We do not sell or trade customer lists.

The browser stores your basket, language preference and a sign-in token needed to keep your account session. You can clear these through your browser or by signing out.

Account, address, order and enquiry details are sent securely to our backend and stored so we can provide the service. We do not use advertising trackers or behavioural analytics. Privacy-safe Sentry error reporting runs only to detect and diagnose faults.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete it at any time. Write to zdravo@stonebridge.mk and we reply within 30 days, usually sooner.

If you're not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency.
