Delivery & payment

The standard-delivery price and the current free-delivery threshold are shown in the basket before you order. The same amounts are used at checkout.

We pack the same working day for orders placed before 15:00. The courier delivers in 1–3 working days, anywhere in the country.

The courier calls before arriving, so give a number you actually answer.

For now, payment is cash on delivery. The courier brings the receipt.

Card payment switches on once the bank opens the terminal. Until then there is no online charging on this site.

Open the parcel while the courier is still at the door if you can. If a book arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us promptly at zdravo@stonebridge.mk and include a photograph if possible. We will replace it at our cost or refund you if a replacement is unavailable. This request does not limit your statutory rights.

For distance purchases, you may withdraw within 14 days after receiving the book without giving a reason. Email zdravo@stonebridge.mk before the period expires, then return the book within 14 days. You normally pay the direct return cost. We refund the order and standard outbound delivery after receiving the return, and may deduct loss in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it. Any legal exceptions apply only where the law permits them.
